Log in with your purchase email and password. New customers can register; existing email-code users can set a password with “Forgot password?”. Verify registration and reset codes using that same mailbox. Your orders and projects stay in the original account.

Choose a license on the music or sample pack page. Review the permitted uses, territory and term, then name the project and license holder. If the available scope does not fit, request a custom quote.
Read the licensing guideChecking a payment
Check the order status in your account. Downloads become available after payment is confirmed. If payment looks successful but the order is still pending, contact us with the order number before paying again.
View ordersDownloading files
Sign in with your purchase email and open Purchases. If a link has expired, click download again. For access or file errors, contact us with the order number and file name.
Open purchasesOrder and refund enquiries
Send the order number, purchase email and a brief description of the problem. We will check the order and its terms.
